簡介：

係應用聚二甲基之矽油乳化製成之水性乳液，可用作拋光成份和橡膠 脱模劑、潤滑劑，既可直接使用，也可用水稀釋。可廣泛應用在水性汽車 臘和家具、皮革亮光臘中，極少的用量就可提供良好的光澤度。亦可應用 在以下產業：橡膠或塑料件（瓶塞、螺旋蓋、桶塞等）、射出橡膠品傳送 帶的潤滑，紡紗、縫線潤滑、縫線針潤滑。

SilitexTMS 在紡織品為相當有效的手感改質劑，其具有柔軟、平滑效果並 能改善布料的縫製性與裁斷性，使用時可任意加水稀釋，無火災之慮。乳 液無黃變之問題亦不含 APEO、可與一般有機樹脂併用而增加其泛用性。

使用方法:

SILITEX TM 可直接使用或稀釋後使用，一般可採用噴塗、浸漬、 擦拭、或塗刷。稀釋時應採用軟水或自來水亦可，使用前應先少量測試 稀釋倍數與使用方法，一般建議 15~20 倍水稀釋。 紡織品使用適用壓吸法，可與合成樹脂共用，一般而言槽液濃度為 10～ 50g/l 一般於 120～180℃下乾燥及固化數分鐘，與有機樹脂並用時請先做 相容性測試。

儲存及使用壽命:

於未開封之包裝桶內，儲存於35℃以下5℃以上，產品之保質期為12個月。其 他開封過及使用過，則不屬此保質期限。

SILITEX emulsion TM-506 is an emulsion of a cross-linking resin-like silicone compound . It is miainly used in the production of plastics  SILITEX emulsion TM-506 is non-ionc and can be diluted with to ready-for-use concentration .

Storage stability

When stored at 5~35°C in the original containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

Application

The recommended ready-for-use concentration is approx. 3-6% active matter . TM-506 is applied by dipping ,brushing or spraying . It is important that the release film covers the whole mould to obtain the best results . the release film on the mould has to be dry before filling .
